Shipping policy

GENERAL

We are a really small team and work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible but please bear in mind we are not a fast paced business - and we're very proud of that! We preach the slow living ways and do not pretend to change it.
 We are a European independent brand based in Torres Vedras, Portugal.

Shipping Policy

sloow.market is a marketplace and we have multiple vendors, for this reason you can receive your products from different carriers.

We work mainly with CTT - Correios de Portugal and DPD, but please bear in mind that our products are handmade and we work really hard to ship all orders as soon as possible but delays can happen. 

You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves. Give it some hours before check it - it may not appear immediately on the system. 

Rates

The sloow.market HQ is located in Torres Vedras, PT, however, since we are a marketplace with multiple vendors, the products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer as it is more sustainable for them to send your package directly to you, instead of sending it to us first.

Because of this, depending on what items you’re getting, there is a chance your order may arrive in two or more boxes, and on separate dates. Because of the same reason, when choosing your goodies from several different partners, the shipping price will be calculated at checkout.

If your items ship from different locations, you will be sent a tracking number immediately for each shipment.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Portugal 

Usually it takes us between 2-3 working days to process your order after payment confirmation. But since we work mainly with on demand or small stock businesses, it might take longer to be ready for shipment. Keep in mind that all products are handmade. After making a beautiful package with your products and sending them through our shipping partners, you'll receive your order between 1-2 working days.
Please note that, if your order is placed after 3 PM Mon-Fri, your order will only be processed in the following working day.

Europe & Rest of the world

Usually it takes us between 2-3 working days to process your order. But since we work mainly with on demand or small stock businesses, it might take longer to be ready for shipment. After making a beautiful package with your products and sending them through our shipping partners, you'll receive your order between 5-7 working days if the logistic partner available for your country is CTT, and between 5-10 working days for the rest of the shipping partners.

*The shipping partners for the rest of Europe and the world will be chosen according to cost per kilogram, speed of delivery & sustainability. We couldn't make a final decision because each country has very different rates from company to company. Hence, each case is unique for these countries.
Please note that, if your order is placed after 3 PM Mon-Fri, your order will only be processed in the following working day.
